My stay at extended stay America OC Lake Forest Hotel was good, had a full sized fridge and kitchenette. Staff was helpful

Room was supposed to me no -smoking and when we entered our room it smelled of smoke BAD. I had to open the window to remove the smell of smoke.

Alex at the front desk is amazingly nice and very helpful. I love how she lets me know what her hours are so I can contact her if I need anything! ESA is lucky to have her!

I extended my stay from my room and by the time I came downstairs, Carmen was all ready for me and just needed a quick signature and to swap room keys... she’s a star!

Bed was uncomfortable. The Bed is a cheap mattress.
