The elevator was closed. Visa or dirty laundering behind the front desk be at the door to the laundry room was broken. No disposable cups in the room

The site should have stated that the elevator was out of order for the next month. Climbing 3 flights of stairs with luggage & a disability was a stuggle

The beds made a really loud creaky sound with the slightest movement. The beds also seemed to me a little too big for the bed frame which made it feel like you were going to fall off the closer you got to the edge. The hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. Our took smelled like cat pee. The coffee tasted like it had been made before and reheated. One of our lamps didn’t work because the cord had been cut in half. The staff was nice and had extra blankets ready as I requested them. Checkout was easy.

Nice staff, older hotel Very nice staff. Rooms could use a little updating. Breakfast isn't really breakfast, its more like a coffee break snack. Good quiet location.
