Over priced due to area There was a smell when you walk into the lobby. And all the luggage carts were gathered next to the elevator and blocking it.

Satisfactory! Our stay was pleasant but we have two complaints. They only give you 3 rather flat pillows for two guests in a bed. Not comfortable, to say the least. The second issue is the lack of parking. My husband had to park on the farthest part of the hotel from where we were staying. He got lucky too because it was the only one spot left. I feel for any new guest after us.

Great location. No frills (no pool/workout room) Nice staff. Good size room. But not much more. This is a no frills hotel with a nice staff and good-size rooms (I was in a wheelchair accessible room). The beds were fine. The location is great if you’re in Mission Viejo/Lake Forest for a reason (which we were). You are about an hour from Oceanside to the south and Anaheim to the north. There are other closer beaches. We are locals to the area and when our air conditioning stopped working due to extremely hot temperatures we chose this hotel because of the Pet Friendly policy. We stayed in Room 106 so it was the first floor. Maybe it was just that room but it had no carpeting, badly corroded faucets, etc. The worst part though was the ant infestation which was probably due to the extreme heat. We requested a different room on the second floor and they moved us right away. This room was acceptable and a huge improvement

Basic, but comfortable. This was far better than the one in Irvine. Space was clean, & beds were comfortable. Staff were helpful. Only issue we had was the guy in the room above stomping around all night, but thats not the hotels fault, just one more inconsiderate guest! I would stay here again.
