A few carpet stains but over-all nice stay. No pool whuch was a bummer

Great customer service
The outside is appealing and conveniently located near the mall, restaurants and a walkable lake. Unfortunately, the rooms are dated, a bit dark and need a total facelift.

Not the kind of hotel for the price we paid for. The room was large, bed made sounds every time we turned over. It’s outdated. Large bathroom, but hardware is old. The drain came completely off of the tub when I turned to open it, and the pressure wasn’t the greatest! People were staying in the hallway all night long, we didn’t like that for our safety! Probably won’t stay there again.
