I've always stayed at this specific location due to location and staff was always accommodating however the last 2 times I've stayed I have noticed roaches in bathroom and behind the headboard, I'd hate to move hotels but it may seem like I would need to, besides that hotels great.

Room need a better clean. Staff need to be friendly. Amenities need to be better(specially the breadfast to go)

Check in was awesome, Robert was helpful/informative . The room was clean, bath tub was a little dingy. Everything else is good.

I would stay here again. Great location, great price. The room was clean and comfortable.
The floors in the room were very filthy upon arrival and the room was very stuffy/muggy feeling, even with the A/C running. The bathtub was also not very clean and there were some stains/spots on the white linens.

The place is definitely rough around the edges, but we had a fantastic stay. The property is safe and is in a great central location with a ton around. The overall hotel is run down and outdated, but our room was SPOTLESS. The bed was comfy, we had everything we needed. If you're looking for a high end, updated stay, this isn't it. But if you're looking for somewhere of value that is clean and a good place to sleep, this is an excellent choice.
The stay was mostly uneventful beginning with Vanessa being so kind and professional to assist me with my late check-in. The non smoking room was clean, and towels sufficient. The apartment sized refrigerator was extremely clean and no foul odors. The one problem I had was on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 the day I was to attend my daughter’s Graduation I was going to shower and there was NO WATER in the entire hotel.
