I've stayed at this hotel at other locations and I would say because of my stay at those locations this one proved to be disappointing. The first room I checked in smelled like rotten eggs , so I immediately went back down to the front desk and asked for another room. The next room still smelled weird but I could deal with it. The bath tub was chipped and water dripped. The room came with no supplies, usually it's fully stocked at other locations I've stayed at. It started out bad, but ended up very good. The hotel's IT network was down so I couldn't check in for 5 hours. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was great.
