Had to find a last minute replacement hotel (inexcusable negligence to cleanliness, comfort & safety) and Extended Stay Altamonte Springs was able to provide a sense of comfort, security & peace of mind for me & my daughter FOR THE SAME PRICE. Was able to secure a pan to cook pasta for a nice family meal.

The room was nice and facilities as advertised. Staff was helpful but wished they informed you a bit more in how to get the amenities in their ads

Caution Not a Hotel This place is almost nothing like a regular hotel, it's purpose is mostly weekly rentals for folks visiting for work, and extremely no frills. You would pay extra for plates and utensils. Furniture is old. Mattress is adequate. Almost everything is worn out. No trash in common areas. Exterior looks nicer than interior. Our AC died an hour before we checked out. At least it's not a bad area. It should not be listed in Hotels.com

We weren’t informed of all the details. If you don’t stay a minimum of 7 nights, you get no maid service whatsoever. If you want clean towels, you have to bring yours down and get more. They keep nothing in the room. No coffee machine. Has a kitchen area nonstocked. Room was clean but main lobby, stairway, hallways all looked like they. Hadn’t been vacuumed in days. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Even had to go down for toilet paper cause they will only give you 1 roll at a time.
