The bed was extremely hard! My husband and I were hurting so bad we drove home instead of sightseeing. We were celebrating our 32nd Anniversary. I called the office to ask if all beds were the same. She said yes. If you are disabled, please ask for a room near the elevators. Had to stop 3x since it was at least 50 yards down the hallway. No not kidding. As expected. I don’t usually stay at hotels like this but decided to take a chance. I didn’t have high expectations and the place was as expected. There were interesting residents. The service was not good. It was an a good location and in an area with amenities.

Stay was okay. I asked for sheets to be changed on my second day, was told housekeeping only does that after three days but I could do it myself. Don’t like the fact that everything is locked up an you have to ask for them. If you want more towels you either make do with what they give you or trade what you have for new. All cookware and kitchen stuff is locked away so you have to ask for it. We went for vending one night after 10- which was behind a locked door in the lobby.
