Never again Booked with hotels.com and when I arrived the hotel rooms were all sold out horrible service.
They booked us in the wrong room first. Second, we got in the next room and it stunk like a dead animal. Come to find out there was food underneath the bed with mold on it. Third, our bed was broke..literally. I asked for a different room and they said they were booked. Unacceptable.
Horrible in all sense. I don't know why but they only give 2 little soap bar for all the stay, no toilet paper and 4 towels. No utensils in the kitchen. Every thing must be asked at the front desk, but there was nobody there. Maintenance is poor and several things in the room must be corrected. Breakfast is a joke.
On the first day of arrival, we had very little toilet paper in the room and we asked for toilet paper at the front desk and they ran out of toilet paper. The room smelled and we had to leave the windows to air out the smell and spray freshener. It was very cold in Orlando the two days we were there and the heater in the room did not work. The front burner on the stove did not work. In order to get clean towels, we had to bring our dirty towels to the front desk. Bedbugs, No one ever at front desk. Fitness room was extremely hot!
From the lobby to the room we could tell cleanliness was not a priority. The rooms do need some upkeep. However, they would have been much more inviting had they been cleaner. We had to clean our toilet when we first arrived. We booked this room because a full kitchen was advertised. One of the burners of the stove was broken and no one ever offered to fix it.
