The property is very conveniently located for conferences. Very close to the convention center, which is great. Negative is that the property really needs to work on cleanliness. Rooms were very superficially clean. Beds clean, towels clean but corners of the rooms, fans and vents all dirty, carpets look very well worn and dirty, cockroaches coming out of the A/C was the worst part.

This property had an overall grungy feeling. There was dirt of some kind on the curtain, all the cupbards needed to be wiped inside, the carpets all needed cleaning. The lobby ladies room had full trash, no soap and the paper towels had no holder and sat getting wet on the sink. The staff was nice and friendly-this seems to be an owner/manager issue. I stayed for 5 nights, check in was OK, breakfast was the same everyday, with water available near the reception but they removed it and guest needs to go to the pool area for the vending machine. Amenities/towels needs to be requested downstairs, room cleaning needs nominal fee. My bathroom shower head has leaks so the floor gets wet most of the time, i found cockroach in the bathtub. Airconditioning is poor, elevator floor is dirty and bathroom sink is clogged. The only thing i like is the location.

Roaches all over room, roaches crawling on walls, fridge, bed, smelled, crumbs on pull out bed, food and trash under couch; room was disgusting; left at 3am because our kids refused to sleep

There was hair in the bath tub. Breakfast was basic. Took 3 minutes to check into my room

I never got the room keys after I checkedin the hotel, as the hotel staff realized that they were over-booked. I was stranded in the middle of the night as a single woman travel. No alternatives were provided. Ran to a couple of more hotels after talking to the customer care over phone, only to realize they were sold out too. At last got one last room at double tree at overpriced rates to check-in at 1:30 am. Horrible experience. Will never trust Expedia again.
