Great location My complaints are the lack of cleanliness in the vanity area. The toilet and shower were to cramped in. The carpet inside the room was stained, needs to be replaced. The breakfast was great as grab and go.

I hate Orlando Noisy kids stomping around upstairs... staff was willing to move my room. Long black hairs on bathroom and dirty under the bed.

Untrained Staff I had an overnight flight and had to check in at 6:am. I had called prior to my arrival and was assured this would be OK. My room reservation was canceled when I arrived though, and the clerk did not know how to recover it. She checked me in anyway, and the manager figured it out later. Upon check out, we wanted to leave our bags until later in the day, but the clerk did not know the procedure. Nice room, convenient location, breakfast was poor (bread, bagels, eggo waffles- needed fruit, eggs, etc)
