I would give zero stars if I could. I booked this hotel 2–3 days in advance for a trip with my family of six (myself, my girl, our two kids, and my in-laws). After driving nearly 3 hours, we arrived—only to walk into a completely unattended front desk. After waiting a while, a woman finally showed up, but she was rude, unhelpful, and clearly didn’t want to be there. We stayed there because we wanted to enjoy the pool but they were have remodeling done. This wouldnt have been am issue if we were told this prior to booking. Water was cut off twice during our stay.
El sofá cama es terrible, sucio y súper incomodo
Falta de atención , viejo. Descuidado. No hay desayuno como lo ofrecen . Colchones sucios . Ropa de cama reducida . Huele feo !

No hablan español. El trato es bastante frio. Le da lo mismo si te ayudando o no. La habitación es enorme, para 5 cómodos. El desayuno por el precio es horrible muy pobre y lo sirven donde esta entrada y recepcion al hotel. La ubicación es muy buena.

You Pay for what you get I guess you get what you pay for . If you want extra towels sheets you need to go downstairs and get them yourself. Don’t count on a good breakfast it really is grab and go ….. coffee yuck

Apenas a localização compensa. O hotel não devia nem ser chamado de hotel. Limpam o quarto a cada 15 dias, portanto em nenhuma das minhas diárias foi limpo. Falam que tem café da manhã incluso, mas só tem um café, barra de cereal e muffins. São rudes.
