On 10/28/2023, little after 3:00 pm check in time, The staff offer me to a dirty room that someone previously had and never been clean up. It had food in the living room, use pillows, bed sheets, & use towels laying on the couch. When I approached the desk clerk about the issues, they had a bad attitude & did nothing to resolve the issue.

Prefira outro Apesar de pagar antecipado ao Hotels.com quando cheguei no balcao minha reserva nao tinha sido paga ao Hotel. Nao ha limpeza, nao ha retirada de lixo, nem troca de toalhas nem fornecimento de insumos como papel e shampoo/sabonete. Estrura e conforto do quarto sao bons. Estacionamento bom. Academia, piscina e lavanderia razoaveis. Ponto excelente é a localizacao. Seguranca deixa a desejar. Encontrei duas pequenas baratas durante a estadia. Carpete e piso extremamete sujo. 0/10 Do Not Recommend If you can avoid it, do not stay here. As you can see from the photos, the blankets were filthy, the bathroom wasn't clean properly, the floors were sticky and peeling up. Room was never serviced in the four nights I stayed. Suspect-looking folks in and around the hotel. Customer service was lackluster at best.

Dirty old hotel. Bed sheets had black grease or tar stains. No bag storage options. Not far from becoming rundown. Broken chairs in the room, dim lighting just old and not well maintained. Will look around for a better hotel next time

Never staying here again We got there and checked in dropped our bags and headed out because we were late for our event, when we got there the room smelled like cigarette smoke so we turned on the AC unit thinking maybe that would help only come back to the room after our event to find the room still smelled and the AC unit was not working and the the carpet in our room had juice stains on it and was sticky to walk on. The room where I stayed had old furniture and dirty carpet. The night I checked in I went to bed and I found spiders under the covers. I also saw a big spider on the carpet walking. I was moved to another room the following morning. I had to ask three times to be moved and waited for almost three hours. Nearby there is a liquor store and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. I walked to grab food kind of late at night and felt safe.

- I did not like the smell of the room. - The carpet was dirty. - I did not like the smell of marihuana in the place, in the hallway. - No breakfast as advertised. Pretty much nothing to grab and go.
