Las cobijas tenía un olor raro, tenía un olor raro a pesar que dicen que no se fuma, el internet era terrible y había cucarachas. Toda la noche la regadera estuvo goteando porque no funcionaba.

Worst stay ever! The room was very dirty. Half of the lights did not work, the phone had no cord plugged into it, due to most outlets also not working we could not charge our phones overnight, if there had been an actual emergency we would not have been able to call for help. There was random towels and sheets sitting around the room. The toilet looked like it had ent been cleaned in years.

Our stay was very disappointing, bathrooms was dirty with mold on the tub, the toilet smell bad, and hallways smells weed.

I stayed here for a conference held at the Orange County Convention Center. My original plan was to walk but it is 1.2 miles away from the entrance and it’s not exactly the safest of routes to walk. I arrived on Tuesday to a single staff member who wouldn’t get off her phone while working with me. I never knew if she was speaking to me or the person on the phone. Filthy carpet, appliances ( I only touched with a towel) roach greeted me in my second room. I wouldn’t even place my things on the floor left suitcases on top of wood and on the bed. I found a used washcloth on the flor by the window. Found out they have 1 cleaning person. Shut down and remodel so employees feel good about working there! Staff were kind and tried but 2 dirty rooms is too much!!!

Tired and dirty . The rooms smelled and breakfast was non existent, an oat bar or bowl of gloop doesn’t constitute breakfast

Don't stay here Very bad experience. Breakfast is a scam. It is just a coffee and muffins. Their carpets are gross (hallways and rooms). They never clean them. Bed is terrible.

Disgusting This hotel was disgusting, how can Hotels.com even consider on offering this to its members. We stayed tgere for just 1 night, people sitting on sidewalk smoking, lobby wasnt attended. Wecstayed in roomv403, the elevator, dirty, carpet had streak of soil in the center, hallway dirty, bed lumpy, this room is OLD, beeds renovation

Terrible service, irresponsible. I booked through Expedia for the 11th and arrived with my daughter from MCO airport to check in at 10 pm. The check-in attendant simply told me that there was no room available. What an absurd, what a terrible experience. I had booked in advance and they reported overbooking. They didn't care about my daughter who had foot surgery. They didn't try to solve the problem and left us with no place to sleep.
