Rough shape The hotel was in rough shape. Dirty carpets, lots of repairs are needed. Staff was good.

Disappointing Stayed here last summer and was very disappointed upon returning this year. Was not expecting to be charged for a pet on arrival since that was already included and listed on my reservation I had already paid. Reserved a king and they did not have one. There were no luggage carts. Hallway and room smelled like marijuana. Went to front desk for kitchen essentials and was told they were all out. Ice machine was broken. The beds had stains on them the freezer made a loud buzzing noise had to switch room the next room had a dead roach and sticky floors.

Hallway smelled of pot refrigerator looked as if it came from the dump room door and as dented as if it was kicked in bathroom needs work bed was ok

Unpleasant experience The hotel and room had an unpleasant odor. The tub was rusty because the water wouldn’t shut off. The kitchenette appliances were in desperate need of replacing.

rooms are not kept well, and broken fixtures and furniture. definitely not recommended for families wth young kids.

Our room smelled, but windows can’t open. Sound insulation is so bad that our neighbor’s snoring prevented us from falling asleep. We cannot store luggage at the front office for a few hours after checkout, which obstructed our plan for the last day on the trip. Front office would not facilitate a solution and had an attitude.
