The day staff was wonderful and my room was mostly clean, except for a mildew ring around the bottom of the shower walls, which someone would need to be looking for in order to see. The hallway was very dirty and smelled foul. The grab and go breakfast consisted of coffee and one granola bar. There were not sheets, blankets, or pillows for the pull out sofa bed. Bathtub was clogged and there was no maintenance personnel on site so I had to shower everyday with 20cm of water. The “breakfast” that was included was just a coffee machine and some granola bars. The phone in my room was not even connected so I couldn’t call front desk.
It's dirty ghetto and there was bugs in the bed I will never stay there again I was quote on quote refunded my money n it's been well over seven days and I have yet to receive my refund
Too much dirty and smoking
The property was filthy and disgusting.
Bathtub was clogged and they wanted me to wait till next day because maintenance wasn’t available. Asked for a refund and they also denied me that. I still got charge for 1 night even though it not my fault their building sucks. Now they want me to wait 72 hours to see if the manager at the hotel responds to expedia emails.
DONT STAY HERE This hotel was not clean at all. It had a very nasty smell. Also you could smell people smoking weed
