Use to be my favorite hotel. Last week my last time. Cleaning is extremely worse. Carpet smell bad, you can even walk barefoot. Bathroom we had to clean it. Was with strong bad odor and stains. Only excellent we saw is customer service Ladies & gentleman are very nice good service and gentle and willing to assist. Our rate to personel is 5 Stars. To cleaning 1 star at the most.
Very unsafe hotel. Lots of warnings in room about fake staff robbing guests. Hotel door had been previously pried open. Couch was broken and cut up. You get what u pay for.
This property definitely looks better in the pictures. It has a strong mildew scent when you walk into the lobby. I was hoping the smell stopped at the lobby but even the room had a strong scent of mildew. Also after walking into my room, i was greeted by a small cockroach on the walk of the room. I attempted to notify the front desk but no one would pick up.
The floor of the room is very dirty, even sticky. The hallway smelled musty
Absolute WORST place ever. I never leave reviews but this place was horrible. The rooms are old and coming apart. We paid extra for a king bed and got put in a queen bed with no compensation because “it’s all we have”. The shower faucet was broken causing water to spill everywhere outside the tub. When I called in about it the front desk lady said “oh.. yeahhhh” as if it was already a known problem. Then said there was nothing they can do and no other rooms they could put us. I Can Honestly say this was the worst night ive spent in a hotel . You get what you pay for . Rooms had a weird smell , floors were sticky . Did not sleep cause top floor was stomping all night . This place is horrible . Staff was very friendly .
