Disappointing. Bad quality motel. Usually i expect places like extended stay to be pretty decent. This unfortuantely looked like a seedy motel. We did not expect it at all. This being a family trip, we decided to leave the premises as it wasnt to out liking. Broken windows, torn furniture, terrible lighting.

Trash everywhere outside, dirty / sticky floors. The hallways are very poorly lit. Bathroom door did not latch, pull out couch had stains on it. A lot of sketchy people on our floor yelling out in the parking lot and in the halls late at night that made us feel so uncomfortable. Free breakfast is extremely limited. I’m not one to ever do bad reviews, but man…. This place wasn’t good. I’m just letting you know to be aware of booking with them. From the moment I checked in it was issue after issue. To start off before I even checked in I had 2 people Infront of me that were all complaining about their rooms and having issues with them. So that was concerning to start off. This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. The pull-out bed had blood stains, there was a nasty smear all over the shower curtain, and there were crumbs and candy under the bed. In addition to diety, it is unsafe as there was torn linoleum (which my daughter tripped on) and the stairs were closed with a sign stating that the hotel will not be responsible if anyone takes them. Hotel did not honor reservation. Even though I paid for a room well over a month in advance they did not have any rooms available. They didn't offer any support finding another hotel. I was stuck paying hundreds more to find a room near midnight for my family with kids.
