Not enough sheets not enough pillows and the bed was a full size bed

For all the amenities we had to go to the front desk. Room carpet was ripped. Refrigerator was making noise at night. We had to look for a new hotel for our next 3 nights.

Musty smell , sketchy area at night had a drunk guy try to talk to me while waking my dog , water wouldn’t drain in sink or tub, heard people walking above me as floors creak , front staff ok I feel sorry for them , forget about breakfast by 8 am there was no coffee and two stale muffins had to go to dunkin down the road. We won’t be back - price too high for a place that is falling apart - only stayed because it was near the convention center

First of all they did not have staff to work on night shift and we arrive around 11:00pm and we have to wait until somebody else arrive. The next morning I went to take a shower and found some blood in the sink on the side of the toilet and then try to get a towel to dry myself after taking a shower and inside the towel found a used needle. This is very bad cleanliness standards and I will escalate this to a higher level this is very serious situation.

Overall - the rate was cheap, but definitely reflected in the quality. First the positives: The front desk person who checked us in was friendly and helped me get a new key when I locked myself out. The bed was comfortable and the TV worked. Was pretty clean. There was an iron and ironing board. Water was hot in shower. There was a small, but functional fitness center. Disappointed stay There was a big wad of hair under the covers on my sheets. I killed a cockroach in the room on the last day. I had no hot water in the morning on the last day. The breakfast was just prepackaged muffins, with no juice.
