Room/ Building is in bad shape. Broken AC, door, water wouldnt shut off in shower. The entire 4th floor was a haze of pot smoke. The sleeper sofa was filthy, with stains, and debris and not sure what else. Oh, and roaches in the kitchenette and bathroom. Didnt see any bedbugs, but doesnt mean there werent any. Do not go if you have kids.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, however the property itself was dissatisfying. Our initial room was a complete mess, the A/C did not function and there were bugs. After bringing this to the attention of the staff we were switched to a clean room. The building is old and smells weird. Additionally, the wifi was not good, it was faster to use our own data.
There were stains on the. Top blanket that looked like blood. The bed felt like i was laying on the box spring. The bedding was 3 sheets. There was a top sheet, a thin blanket that did not fit the king bed. Then the thin stained top sheet. When we called the desk, we were told they had no other blankets but could replace the top blabket due to the stain. The shower / tub was broken and kept leaking. Not a great place to stay. It smells of wet dog through the whole place, which is probably due to the multiple dogs we saw going in and out.
Roaches, dead lizards in my room and nasty stains on the carpets and walls.
We booked a king and sleeper for three people. The sleeper had no blanket or pillow and none we’re available. The room smelled. The tile floors were sticky. The hotel was dark and dated.
The hotel was terrible. In very poor condition. The photos show the conditions of the hotel. Should Expedia take it out. No safe, dirty and others
The whole place stinks like old cigarette smoke. The floors were sticky. There was no bedding for the sofa couch. The young man at the front desk was very nice and helpful. That is the only positive thing i can say about this property
