I will never stay here and I would never recommend this hotel there never returned my money
Probably will not stay here again. It just felt dirty. No real "continental breakfast".
Worst experience ever Overall, worst experience I’ve ever had. From te moment we arrived, waited over 20 mins for someone to show at the front desk, which was unattended. When someone finally showed up, she said there were no rooms available - I had booked a king and the only room available (after calling different hotels) that she could find was queen, which she had received a cancellation for (or so she said) but had to personally check to see if it was “clean”. Frustrating We waited for about 45 minutes to check in. There was only one staff member there to assist. We booked for 4 people and were given only 3 pillows. The staff member told me that there were no more on site. I saw other people coming in with purchased pillows and blankets. I knew that the room I booked had a pull out, but somehow the staff person wasn’t sure. Servce was bad. Rooms were dirty and empty (no coat hangers, crockery, utensils etc) . Things were not working. Shabby-Bad--Never stay there! On a good note it was a great location!
Desde que llegamos el lavamanos estaba estancado de agua sucia y fue reportado y el primer día no nos atendieron, al segundo día en horario que no estaba en la habitación repararon y dejaron toda la suciedad en los depósitos de basura y no limpiaron y tristemente al siguiente día ya estaba otra vez lleno de agua de caño. Las instalaciones no están malas, es moderno y solo es un descuido muy severo de atención al cliente.
Rooms not clean non smoking room smelled of smoke. Staff very rude, acted like you were bothering them to ask a question/(I overnight staff)
