Rude service, there’s was blood on the carpet floor. Total difference from the outside building compared to what you experience walking inside your room.

Not recommended for families I stayed here before by myself and decided to stay her again with my wife and daughter. It was not a good experience. I can’t be sure toilet was clean when we checked in. Door was difficult to open. Handle from pan fell off. I fell in the shower (my fault) but I tore down the curtain, reported it but it was never replaced. You have to bring all other cleaning materials, dish soap, sponge, paper towels, etc

They book us in a room with someone else already in it then we got the handicap room with out the reclining chair there was a mess in the hallway peanuts and crumbs our whole stay no one ever cleaned itvup

None of the staff that work at the hotel can tell what you need to know for the local area. Have to rely on guests to help you. The hotel was left un staffed for hours in the late evening into the early hours of the morning and I couldn't get in my room and had frozen food and a young child waiting to go to bed. Dangerous situation to be in the middle of the night with a little one!

Positives: Interior entry to hotel was nice. Negatives: No clean towels or blankets as the dryer was broken and no back up plan. Not the staffs fault - blame upper management on this however... a night shift staff member came across a bit rude informing me of this and when I pointed out her behavior she said she had the flu. So she would hand me towels/blankets while contagious with a terrible sickness? Upper management is to blame.

The fron desk associatea need to learn how to tread the guess . The room was no clean , the bed was very uncomfortable.

Bathroom and kitchen had ants. Asked for extra sheets, was told to come get them myself and when I did go get them they weren't even folded. just handed me a pile of sheets. Found empty beer boxes in the cabinets, so it was obvious cleaners didn't properly clean the room. Don't recommend anyone stay here.

The tv was not clear, the floors were sticky, the room smelled like beer. When I turned on the faucet, the aerator fell off. There were 2 very worn out towels for the stay. Although it has a kitchen, there was nothing in it, no dishes, cups, utensils, etc. Not even a coffee pot. Also the refrigerator never got cold. When asked for directions at the front desk, I was asked if I had Gps. Sea world was a half of mile away. This place should be investigated. It is the c worst place I ever stayed.
