At first a room was given, it had a water leak. I requested to change the room, this time, another room was given which had the smell of cigarette smoke. Requested to change again, third time gave another room and I can't get in to the room since key cards were not working. For the fourth time gave another room, which again had a broken shower pipe above the bath tub. Now I didn't trust them anymore and I was hell tired ! So just somehow spent a night and ran away with my terrible experience !!

Down Hill Hotel We have stayed at this hotel four years in a row .....the state of maintenance has gone down hill. The Hotel isn't as clean as it use to be...we had to plead to fix the shower rod in the bathroom which was almost falling off the wall, when they fixed it, they did not clean up the mess on the floor and tub, we had to request them to do so the next morning, they could not provide creamer for tea or coffee for the so-called free breakfast which was not much, the restroom for the outside pool area were dirty and ... read more
Hotel was pretty terrible I wouldn't suggest anybody book a room here. Didn't have sheets or pillows for my children to use on the pull out bed and also you can hear everything thru the walls
Not clean Room was not even clean when I arrived after 7 pm No service Partial breakfast One person to handle everything Never recommend
Bad experience No sheets for the sofa bed and nobody answer the phone to bring ones. The curtain in the shower was broken.
Room bathroom sink wouldnt drain. If you stay here there is nothing in the kitchen for utensils or platwear oe cooking. You have to ask for it. Front desk didnt have enough pillows. Will never stay here again. Its run down and dirty. Front desk people are nice but they are working with zero resources to help. Not their fault. Feel bad for them. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE
