Got charged for a stay that I didn’t use ".............
After checking in- the hotel rooms we were given were TRASHED. Had not been cleaned from people that previously stayed... was not told sorry or what can we do?? Just brushed off and had to wait an hour to be checked In to a clean room.
Family trip getaway over Christmas holiday. They were out of extra towels and pillows. Breakfast consisted of bagels, no butter or cream cheese. Seems understaffed. Do not recommend, unless it's a last option.
Sometimes cheaper isn’t better... Rooms were overbooked..luckily had a room available but the refrigerator didn’t work..the shower was ADA (handicap) so shower head was in center of wall and water getting everywhere. The sofa bed had no bedding available.
No Toilet paper no towels cookie crumbs on bed and left overs in the refrigeretor
They need to hire better staff I go to Orlando often and try different hotels. To start arrive at the check in Saturday 7 pm and there was nobody in the front desk, after waiting 5 minutes a man came out saying that the lady is solving a problem to a guest and after 10 minutes appeared and already had people waiting . Upon arriving at the room we found in the sink was full of hairs and standing water, it was clogged. I went to the front desk and they told me that they would send the maintenance guy.
