The manager Ashley was incredible. Great service. Provided a room for us to freshen up since we were early and our room was not ready. We left a blouse in the room by mistake and Josephine found it and called us to retrieve it. Clean and courteous. The bed was uncomfortably firm and would be a welcome improvement.

Convenient location to everything. The service was excellent and the staff was very nice. I would recommend to others,enjoyed my stay and the price was right about.

It is the closest to the orange county convention center. Everything was really good, the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and well accommodating for my group. The bathroom fan was quiet but I think it wasn't pulling air or working properly. Overall great experience.

It was clean and in good condition. We found that the sink in the bathroom was clogged and they solved the problem the same day. The only drawback was that they did not have fruits or different options for the breakfast and my partner is celiac, so she could not eat in.
