There was slow drainage in the sink, bathroom door didn’t have a lock, the shower curtain was too small which caused a lot of water on the floor after showers, refrigerator did not get cold..

No towels, toilet paper etc when entered room. Found the shower was dripping very loudly. We had to switch rooms. Then the AC was super loud and leaking water on the floor in the next room, but it was 11pm and we have a little kid so we just dealt with it.

Orlando Unfortunately the pool was closed for a couple of days.....not sure why. It was opened when I got there. My grandchildren weren't happy about that. People that worked the front desk were very friendly.

Great hotel with excellent customer service. All the employees were extremely friendly! The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of yummy breakfast options too! There was also a nice variety in shuttle times so you had plenty of options of how long you wanted your theme park trip to be.
