When we asked for an additional towel, they refused to give us one unless we turned towels in. Our room came with four towels, and there are five of us. Most times, there was not someone at the front desk, we ended up buying two additional towels from Walmart to get by. Also, we never got our room cleaned in the 11 days we were there.

Love property, staff is amazing from Diane (GM) to front desk staff Stephanie, Waleska, Fernadine, Danny and Carlos from maintenance are all amazing, friendly always have smiles and welcome you as family, highly recommended.

It was close to alot of dining and shopping. It wasnt far from disney. Beds are hard, so if you have back issues take a blow up to put on your bed. Needs more than one bar of soap for the bathroom.

I've stayed in this hotel 5 times already and it always feels like a home away from home. The hotel is very clean and spacious. I highly recommend this hotel if your traveling with family and friends. The staff are extremely friendly and check in process is always fast. I did notice the halls rug smelled weird as you walked to your room but I believe is because it was raining all three days. I will keep an eye for next time and let the staff now if it continues. Other then that everything was great.
