Staff was pleasant, prompt and efficient. My room was clean, smelt fresh and well organised. On my return to Orlando i will stay with you at your property. I will also refer friends to you.
Most of the staff were really friendly, others not so much.
Great customer service. We had an incident that when we got to our room we immediately notice that the t.v. was smashed. I told the front desk lady about the issue and she immediately told me, "Im moving you to another room, although we know about the issue and the people have already been charged, I would feel much better if I move you to another room.
