The hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant. They helped with anything that we needed. Rooms were nice and rommy, beds werent too bad. Swimming pool was nice and clean. The only complaint we have is the breakfast or should I say the lack of. You would figure with being so close to Disney and other activities , that families would like a hotel that has bigger breakfast selections. I can say that we would probably wont stay at this hotel again because of the breakfast.

Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Hotel könnte einen neuen Anstrich vertragen und einen Kühlschrank, der nicht so laut ist. Ansonsten haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Es war recht sauber. Über das amerikanische Frühstück braucht man nichts zu sagen. Wir Deutschen sind einfach verwöhnt. Für diese Preiskategorie war alles vollkommen in Ordnung.

Staff, rooms and pool area were all nice and everything was clean. Would definitely stay here again. Location was convenient to shopping and restaurants. Disney Parks were also close by.

Staff was Wonderful, very curious, and accommodating. Pool was not heat- big disappointment.

La ubicación cerca a compras y a disney springs, pero nunca me informaron que no hacen aseo diario y que tampoco cambian toallas, los utensilios de la cocina no están en la habitación nos tocaba pedir lo que necesitáramos

Beautiful setting. Attractive outer appearance. Easy Access. Rooms are decorated nicely and very Clean...Has all the comforts of Home! Would like to see a Full Hot Breakfast Bar!!
