Try somewhere else Noisy. For an extended stay hotel there were no dishes in the kitchen, not even a coffee maker. That's all optional and you can ask for it. Breakfast is not impressive. No ice machine and the bed was very hard.

Save your money - book elsewhere The room we were given had an odor to it. To attempt to get rid of the odor we had to turn the AC way down till it was freezing. Please save your money and find elsewhere to stay. Manaegement at hotel refused to assist because we only stayed one night. Avoid this hotel location if you value a clean room and friendly assistance from manager.

AVOID The room was horrible and there was a large stain on the couch. There was also an older present in the room when we get back to the room I turn the AC down low and once felt like the Arctic the smell dissipated. I went downstairs to talk to the front desk of the condition of the room and what met me was empty desk is apparently the front desk closes at 11 o'clock at night. Would Give 0 stars if I could! We got a message on our home phone (we are away on vacation) and on our home email (again we are away on vacation) on THE DAY that they figured out they they DIDN'T have a room for us to stay in. REALLY?! This is the busiest week in Orlando and they could not accommodate us even though I had already paid for the room in full?! Are you kidding me?! Disappointed I was really looking forward to my stay upon realizing that the hotel had a 4.2 out of 5 rating. This is no where close to correct. First off, there is 2 of the same exact hotel right next to each other so that is very confusing. We were given a room that was not clean so they said we were "upgraded" to a king suite. The room smelled like wood shavings. It was not updated at all with stains all over the furniture. The bed sounded like it had plastic on the mattress and was very loud anytime you moved. Gross It was horrible. I could not even stay the second night I had paid for. It was not clean. The second floor which is where my room was totally reeked of smoke!!!! The wifi did not work most of the time. The Price for this hotel was so far off base it was ridiculous.

Watch out for the smoking room I was guaranteed a non smoking room and got a smoking room. Hotels.com gave me a credit toward another stay, but the hotel was not sympathetic when I told them they should have informed me beforehand. No hotels should allow smoking in rooms in my opinion.

Large size room, smells like food, hard bed Good: decent staff, large size room Not good: bedroom smelled very strongly like food, worst thing: sofa bed so uncomfortable feel the springs, unsleepable. King bed mattress too hard. Couch pillows have spots on it. Carpets also have spots in hallways and in room.
