Overbooked They overbooked and didn’t get a king side bed like we reserved. WHATS THE POINT OF MAKING A RESEVATION IF THEY OVERBOOK?

Didn't feel safe!!! We arrived just after 11pm and found a lot of sketchy people loitering around the parking lot. The lobby doors were locked, which I felt was unusual for a hotel. There was a phone to use to contact the lobby which did not work. I went to my car and called the hotel and finally contacted the night attendant who came and unlocked the lobby door. HORRIBLE my 5 year old found a open condom the sheets had stains. I reached out to the property manager Mr. Perez and 4 days later still haven't heard from him.

Roaches... Stayed in Jan of 17. Front desk people were nice, but they didn’t seem to care when I informed them that at night the roach infestation becomes quite apparent. It’s too bad because I would have written a much nicer review if even a small attempt was made to right the situation. Queen bed seemed small for a queen, but was nice and firm. STAY AWAY - COCKROACH ON PILLOW Cockroach infestation and terrible customer service... On our first night at the hotel, we found a live cockroach on one of the bed pillows (and another one by the bathroom sink). When we complained to the front desk in the morning, the clerk noted our name and room number in a log book entitled "Pest Situation". There were many other complaints listed for roaches as well. Don’t stay here. Place seems old, run down. Kitchen did not have and dishes or silverware which makes me think they have stuff stolen all the time. Asked to have dishes and silverware and it was never delivered. Breakfast was coffee and granola bars. Bottom line, I will never stay here again and will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
