Dirty Room The air was broken, food in the sink, bathroom dirty, and I am still fighting to get a refund. I was switched from one hotel to another because of over booking. No other rooms available at the time. I will never stay at this hotel again. Did not bother to return my calls. The phone was broken to get a wake up call. I should have slept in my car.

Comfy bed everything else was sub par It's a cheap hotel but there are better in the price range. This place was smelly. Like old farts and brussel sprouts. There was a drug bust in front of the hotel. Lots of derilicts wandering about. Something rolled under the bed and I found it amongst an inch of dust a bunch of ancient raisinets and a head full of loose hair. Odd red "substance" staining the sink and shower. Pretty Drab Bugs and pretty drab decor. Oh did I mention bugs. Asked to switch rooms and nothing available so I slept with one eye open all night. Felt like I was camping in a hotel.

I expected much more and received much less Poor condition, smelly...cancelled 4 nights of 5 booked. No security, nothing other than a bed in a very noisy building and location.

Horrible Hotel I had a reservation for this pay Friday, made it on Tuesday with conformation arrived at the hotel after driving 3.5 hours to find that they had overbooked and I was bumbed out of the hotel they attempted (not true) to call me an hour before to let me know. They were uncaring and didn't give any concern about my being tried from working 8 hours then driving 3.5 totally unacceptable but the KICKER was they charged my card and have yet as of Monday refunded my money. Check the bed first our first impression was plesant. The front desk staff were fast and courteous. The AC did not cool the room well, but it was a slight issue that could be overlooked. When it came time to sleep, that is when we discovered that the bed was DIRTY. On the surface the sheets were clean, but there was an overwhelming odor of feces and urine. Ok once you get there There is construction going on and it was difficult to find. The check in went well. The room had a musky smell and hole in wall. The kitchen was very clean, bed comfortable.

Well the staff is very rude. I was told there wasn't a pet fee when we check in after 3 days I was told there was a pet fee. The front desk wasn't helpful. I even had my animals boarded all day and I still had to pay the fee for the animals. As a customer of you tell me there isn't a pet fee and I have my dogs in front of you I shouldn't have to pay it. Beds were awful. Pool suck, and the breakfast isn't ideal for anyone.

no comforter, no ice, stinky room We arrived to check in around 5PM and the girl behind the counter said we have no comforter for our bed. It was in the dryer. The whole hotel has no spare linens? Then we got to the room and all windows were open, obviously trying to air out the horrible stench that filled the room. Apparently they don't have febreeze either.
