Terrible experience Hotel clerk had no record of the reservation when we showed up. It took over an hour to get a manger to get thing straightened. Then sent one of us to an already occupied room Terrible experience..Never again

Cancelled me! They cancelled my prepaid room and had to very inconveniently send me elsewhere.

Disappointing stay We were very disappointed that the entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. When we came back to our room after dark there seem to be specious activity in the parking area which made us feel very uneasy. We will not be returning to this hotel again.

Staff allowed urinating in the bushes at the pool Quick check-in was nice and room was ok. Big problem with the noise in the pool area overnight. Several men out playing music, talking loud, drinking beer and we observed them urinating in the bushes. We called front desk and complained several times, but the men and noise persisted the whole night. Several men slept )passed out) on lawn chairs overnight. (Friday night). not easy to find The hotel us v basic. The ac was blasting frigid air, but the thermostat didn't work, so I had to unplug the ac. I called the front desk for advice but no one answered. I found an extra blanket and tried to get warm Not dreadful but pretty Spartan

Book somewhere else Room was no prepared and things where dirty. Did not accommodate properly when addressed

Carpet was worn & needed vacuum. Showe curtain was too long & dragged in tub. I found more than one long black hairs under bottom of curtain after I had showered. I have short blond hair, so I had to wonder if curtain was changed? Tub cleaned? Also I did not expect a BARE kitchen. Granted there was info on how to obtain any needed dishes, pans, etc but I expected at least some basics. The stsff was pleasant & welcoming-especially appreciated upon arrival as I had spent nearly 1/2 hour driving around in the dark trying to fin... read more
