Don’t stay here Dirty, bugs, room smelled like pee
The hotel is outdated, carpets were dirty. There was an exploded popcorn in the microwave. Huge rust stain in the bathtub. The room was "clean", considering the state of the room and hotel. Not recommended.
I have no words. Once you enter the building it smelt like old, wet carpet, moldy smell. The hallway smelt like ashtrays/weed. The room was very dirty, smells, baby roaches crawling in the wall, the curtains has stains, the minute my daughter sat on the bed she got bit by something on her wrist/ arm. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone & will NEVER go back. I had to buy disinfectant to spray everywhere in the room. It was not a pleasant stay. I would rate this place a negative zero. Sorry, not sorry.
If had gotten to the property a bit earlier I would have left. I only stayed because it was to late to look elsewhere. My best experience was the girl at the desk. Thank you
NASTY The hotel reeked of many unnamed stenches. They charged me more than what Hotel.com had booked me for, claiming they don't honor third party booking. I sent a request more than a week in advance for top floor accomodation; they never replied. And when I arrived they said they đi not have anything on the third floor. Reserved 2 double bed room but received king with pull out sofa bed. Said they overbooked and upgraded me. Not an upgrade for the person on the sofa. Also it’s a wheelchair accessible room, so no barrier on shower floor to keep water in shower plus cheapest dollar store curtain that is 10 inch off floor. Asked front desk how to keep water from going all over bathroom and they said they didn’t know. Bathroom bulb out too and at 5:30 pm when we discovered, we’re told no one can fix till next day. Hallways smell like fish. Everybody seemed high on drugs, breakfast was cereal bars and watery coffee. There must be better options in the area.
