The one bright side to our vistit was the young lady at the front desk. She was patient and apologetic to our complaints. There was nothing to like about this property. It was dirty from the parking lot (trash strewn in the parking lot) to the lobby to the rooms. The bathtub was crumbling (obviously it was painted and now peeling), there were no dishes in the room (we were not told you have to get it from the front desk), the carpet had holes, the desk chairs were filthy, there were no hangers in the closet and when we did r... read more

I checked in with my five-year-old granddaughter. We were in town to visit a sick relative. Front desk staff was very friendly and assigned us a room on third floor. When we entered the room,, the room felt outdated and there was an overwhelming scent of pet urine. I called the front desk and told them this and she told me they would try to reassign us to a room across the hall. She came up and agreed the room had an odor and she moved us across the hall to a room that had no carpet, which was helpful. The staff member said ... read more

Dirty, Loud, Smelly & Uncomfortable. SAVE YR $$! Absolutely horrifying how unclean our room was, nobody had wiped down the kitchen area there was food crumbs, grease splatter & crumbs everywhere, the chairs were sticky & stained with who knows what…I understand that this is a place where work crews will stay for extended periods but that is no excuse to leave the rooms in squalor for new guests. The noise was constant throughout the night, loud yelling, kids running throughout the noise, not to mention the smell of mildew wa... read more

Dirty , filthy shamefully filthy carpets in the room were staine with no idea what. The smell of the room was invariable. I checked out immediately and at least was offered a refund by the hotel hopefully Expedia will refund me .

The hotel in general requires more maintenance. Of course, this is a budget hotel and you need to expect some issues but in this case everything was looking or actually damaged.

No sleep The smoke detector started going off about 1am as if there was a fire . It constantly went off for about a hour . I called front desk to try to get something done they told me there’s nothing that could be done. After the fire alarm quit it beeped loudly every thirty seconds as if the battery was dying but it was hardwired in to the electric. So I ended up getting no sleep . I figured they could have had a maintenance guy come .

Oversold room and split party in a shabby hotel I reserved two rooms, however when I arrived, I was informed that they only had one room available. After showing them the hotels.com receipt, the only alternative that late in the evening was for them to redirect us to an extremely poor hotel of theirs around the corner. This was for a graduation, and this caused us great inconvenience in coordinating with our party and being ready for the graduation the following day by splitting us up.
