Even though I called before noon to verify our room and let them know we were going to be late, our room was not available when we arrived at 10:30 pm. Because our room with pullout couch was not available, I had to pay for a second room to have enough beds. Extremely aggravated with Expedia and this hotel for not having the room we reserved. I feel like we should get a refund for the second room.

Everything was just un kept needs major upgrade light fixtures in certain area of the room did not work bathtub was not kept and we saw two roaches in the bathroom odor in room was stale and stuffy.

This property needs major upgrades. Very dirty and unhealthy!! Regretted staying at this property.

Stayed at this raggedy hotel. Elevators looks like project building elevators just missing the piss smell. Hallways stink. We got there late and crashed. I usually check the bedding but was intoxicated and tired. Woke up and realized we were laying on sheets and pillowcases filled with brown stuff on them. Looked like dried blood. I was so disgusted. Had to scrub my skin in the shower. This hotel is bottom of the barrel

Room is next to an exterior entrance door that SLAMS shut whenever someone uses it, which is frequently. The phone cord is broken and the staff rudely told us if we didn't like the room we could check out and leave.
