A dog was left in the room by a guest unsupervised
Abigale, we think her name is, at the front desk in the evening and early-morning. Extremely Plesant and Nice and Accommodating. This gal deserves to be moved to your 'better' buildings for sure, a true wonderful example of customer service. She was working in what I will call the Old Tower, B Tower I believe. That tower is is need of upgrade. HOWEVER the beds and bedding were just-about-new and excellent.
Could be better First room we were given 210 the TVs did not work and had holes in the door and dents in the wall. The 2nd room 161 had food in the microwave and the floor was sticky. We were finally given 322 which was cleaner and everything worked. We were there for a family emergency so we dealt with it.
The gps was all over the place ro find this. Construction is mostly the reason. Man at check in was very helpful. Large room. Affordable. No complaints
Breakfast was instant oatmeal or a granola bar Stove burners were rusted out… furniture was beat up. Bed was lumpy Staff was very nice on check in…. I wouldn’t stay here again
Room has outdated furniture, thick layer of dust on some surfaces, chairs are stained,carpet has a smell, one of the worst rooms we had in years.
