Safe and mostly quiet. Construction adjacent, so noisy at times. When I asked for areas to be cleaned up, they took care of it.

A dog was left in the room by a guest unsupervised

Abigale, we think her name is, at the front desk in the evening and early-morning. Extremely Plesant and Nice and Accommodating. This gal deserves to be moved to your 'better' buildings for sure, a true wonderful example of customer service. She was working in what I will call the Old Tower, B Tower I believe. That tower is is need of upgrade. HOWEVER the beds and bedding were just-about-new and excellent.

We found a half empty soda bottle under the air conditioner. The pull out couch mattress was a single for a full couch and 2 kids. The living room tv doesn't work. There was no ice available unless you make it. Since we were here overnight only, that didn’t work for us.
