We had to be moved to a new room because there were fleas in our original room. (Absolutely horrifying as I have not experienced that before.) Make sure to extensively check your bedding/rooms before lying down yourself or bringing any pets into the room if you have any. The staff was excellent and helped us right away get a new room far away from the original one. 5/5 for customer service. Pool wasn’t clean. No pool furniture. Staff was super friendly though.

It is a quite nice place, rooms are worth the money you pay for your stay. However entering after 11pm is not easy, since the card reader at the main door doesn't work, so you have to dial in to get someone from the office to open the door.

The rooms were very nice. They could have been a little bit cleaner, and they did show some water damage as if the police have been flooded other than that it was a nice experience.
Not good First the window was very dirty and the dishwasher didn't work just made alot of noise
