AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! As soon as you walk in, the smell of weed hits you. No one at the desk. A womam comes out and apologizes. She sends you to an elevator that looks condemned. Smells of urine, weeds, cigarettes, mildew, etc. Upon entertaining the room, you can smell the roaches, they are in the kitchen mostly, but saw one in the bedroom. Hotel forced us out after two days after making false accusations and we were of a reassured of a refund that we still have not gotten after multiple contacts, we are now literally homeless and broke the week of Thanksgiving. We desperately need our refund for Nov 10 thru Nov 14.

We had to kill multiple roaches throughout our stay. The bathtub was chipping away and the shower head sprayed in opposite directions. The shower curtain was too short so the floors would be soaked. The elevator was dirty and had an odd smell. When we booked, all the photos showed the renovated rooms with all hardwood floors & our room was not renovated and still had carpet that felt wet it was so dirty. Site not close to airport as listed on site we booked on. Rooms smelt stale. Took 3 times asking to unplug our bathroom sink. No ice machines. Poor breakfast choices for children. No juice, milk or anything fresh for that matter

I reserved a suite for 5 people. That obviously means I will be using the pullout bed, they did not have sheet in the room. When I called the front desk to ask for some they told me they did not have any clean sheets available for me until the next day which was of no use to me since I was checking out the next day. So we had to pull the bed sheets apart to accommodate the person sleeping in the pullout bed. The blankets smelled bad. The bathroom had rust, the bathroom door looked like it was rotting at the bottom. We had a ... read more
