Poor customer service The hotel wouldn’t check me in. I drove to one extended stay and they said I was looking for a different extended stay. So I went to the one they said and the front desk Personell said the computer system was down and they could accomodate me that night. Therefore. I had to sleep in my car for the night. Never staying or booking an extended stay hotel again
Property is very rundown, old, carpet smells. It is a cheap motel.
Tried to check in at 5:30 and room wasn’t ready. Breakfast was granola bars and coffee.. lame
No comment just no words can describe my thoughts of this hotel in particular...other properties are great...this one...idk
