I arrived at about 10:15PM hoping to get in the room quickly and get my kids to beds. Rang the doorbell for service many times and was worried I would not be able to check in as the front desk closes at 11:00. Finally after 10 minutes front desk agent showed up saying she was in the bathroom. Refrigerator and bathtub were both very rusty. There were no sheets or blankets for the sofa bed. The sofa bed mattress was completely stained. It sounded very noisy in room above when the guest was just walking around.

Dirty parking lot lots of trash front desk have no education not professional letting guests do whatever they want trashing property loud noise drinking beer out side management doesn’t care…

Smoking Hotel Don’t waste your money here, they should advertise that every part of the hotel smells like Cigarettes, we were a family with kids and none of us couldn’t sleep that night because of the strong cigarette smell. You will see very bad people here, smoking and talking loud. The building also needs more attention. Definitely I’ll never going to stay back at extended stay america.

When I got in my room there was roach running across the sink area. When I let the desk know they seemed unconcerned. I ask for a refund and did not stay at the hotel

The pool was nice. My flight was delayed and no one was available for check in when I arrived. I was eventually able to check in. There was an odor in the room.

There for 5 days. Only decaf coffee, more than once had to get manager to set up breakfast bar, which often only had one variety of cereal, muffins were nasty. Wasn't set up until between 6:15 to 6:35. The 5 days I tolerated the place, they had dehumidifiers, with hoses running up to the ceiling, running outside my door, sounded like a jet plane.
