extra linens are not delivered to room, you must go pick up at desk. breakfast is coffee and bagged bagels no dishes/silverware/ glasses in room. front desk closes at 11pm ? how can a hotel not have 24 front desk staff?

Check in was easy and fast. However, the room doors are not hotel friendly in the sense that they are loud when closing. Most of the guests were not respectful when leaving and going back into their rooms. It seemed everyone would just let the door slam behind them. The first night I checked in, when closing the bathroom door, I noticed the person who stayed there last left their underwear hanging where the towels are supposed to be hung. dirty old roaches MY TITLE SAYS IT ALL! I DROVE 4 HOURS THE NIGHT OF MY CHECK IN TO FIND OUT THAT THE MY ROOM HAD ROACHES. THEN AFTER IM ON THE PHONE WITH EXPEDIA FOR 25 MIN, STAFF FROM HOTEL ASKED IF I WANTED TO CHANGE THE ROOM TO ONE THAT WAS NOT CHECKED IN. WHEN I ASKED BEFORE I GOT ON THE PHONE WITH EXPEDIA IF THEY HAD ANYTHING ELSE AVAILABLE, THEY SAID THAT THEY WERE BOOKED. THE ROOM THEY GAVE ME WAS STILL NASTY, LOOKED LIKE A SIDE OF THE ROAD MOTEL YOU SEE ON SCARY MOVIES. THEN THE SECOND ROOM HAD A MISSING BASEBOARD, ... read more

Last day in Fl I would never stay again! This hotel was not cheap and for 140.00 I at least expected to be able to get an extra pillow. There was nothing in the rooms like coffee maker, utensils, cups, paper towels. You had to ask for everything. Windows on first floor did not lock. It stunk in the room. We switched rooms once and no better. If I had not already paid on line I would have left! Do not waste your money. I have stayed in many places that had all your home away from home needs and never had to ask for everything... read more

There is no ice on the premises. TV didn’t work (got fixed) carpet was dismal and dirty.

Horrible place! No cups or coffee. For every small request you need to go front desk.

Not what you expect for a vacation The lobby looks ok, once you are walking towards the room the smell it’s not nice, the room looks just very disappointing. The room smells like Old wet furniture. I will not be staying here, I arrived and left within 20 min. There was like signs for thief all over... I took a look at the breakfast area and it also looks disappointing... there are lots of changes to be made in here... next year I will pass by again and check the hotel for changes for now I will stay away..
