The worst This time it the worst stays that I have ever had. They really have let that hotel go down hill. I will never stay there again.

Last minute booking Was unable to find a hotel that I really liked during spring break due to last minute booking. You have to stay at least 8 days to have housekeeping. They charge per day to clean the room for anything less. You basically have to do everything yourself which I'm not used to when paying for a hotel room. Pool had a lot of leaves and palm pieces in it so we didn't swim. The worst part of the stay is the room smelled like pee. its also animal friendly so who knows what went on in the room. Vacay trip Was not given room we booked in advance, not enough beds for all guests. Then didnt have extra items to even help situation

The only good thing about this hotel are the people at the front desk. nice and helpful. when i got to my room the bathtub and bathroom floor were covered in hair which tells me the bathtub was not cleaned after previous guests left. Also the toilet had hair on the toilet seat. Disgusting !! On the first night there was a cockroach crawling on the floor !! I called front desk and asked them to move me to a different room and so they did. unfortunately the other room was even more disgusting with dirty sheets and pee stains a... read more

Terrible The room was small, dirty, when i first checked in the first room had other guests inside so i walked in their room, expensive the night rate..Not very happy at all will not stay there again

Very bad Hair on the bed, bugs in the kitchen, the bath smell terrible, i changed blankets by myself because anyone helped me. Very bad experience and Manager never attended my claims.

Good but Need to be better This hotel is a complete disaster because when I arrive a my room the room haven’t towels only 1 for 3 days and 2 night for two people and the second day the room they not cleaned because the front desk say you need stay 7 or more nights to hhe room be clean, really? 7 nights to clean a room, totally disaster

Cheap price for a reason The negatives: the room had an over powering smell of old bacon grease from the kitchenette, there were holes in the carpet, the iron leaked water, and the hotel pool was closed. The positives: cheap, bed and pillows were decent, and the locaction was convenient.

Recieved a room i did not book, rude staff and worst of all they lied about my room
