Underwhelmed Hotel needs a deep cleaning! Front desk staff were so helpful and friendly.

Rooms are not clean and there is a bad smell and a lot of bugs ( I took some videos of the insects)

Nightmarish Initial contact with the check-in clerk was pleasant and professional. Upon entering the room we became immediately aware that the A/C unit was not working. I was blowing warm air and there was very damp, dank odor in the room. We returned to the lobby to be issued keys to another room. A/C in room #2 worked well, but the room was also musty and was not at all clean...counters and floors were sticky...there were "short hairs" in the bathtub, which along with the kitchen sink, was inhabited by grey and black mold.... read more

A hotel that doesn't care to try We didn't expect much from the hotel; just the basic: essential amenities and cleanliness. We didn’t find any of those. After a quick check-in we were sent to a room in the first floor facing the parking lot. The first reality check was when we opened the door. There was this darkened room with strong stale odor. Not Worth It !! It was not i expected of the hotel... bed bugs, clogged bath tub and just forget the breakfast - its terrible. stayed for 2 nights and didn't clean the room the 2nd day....

Wouldn’t sleep there We checked in and were given keys. The room was dirty, beer bottles, unmade beds, unclean bathroom. Didn’t send someone that clean it for 45 minutes. Refused to spend the night and still got charged.
