Air conditioner and refrigerator were very noisy. Furniture was worn and needed to be replaced. Bed was too big for the space it was in making it difficult for the second person to get to. The breakfast was basically a fast food type, and extremely limited in what it had to offer. Location was not ideal.

Nice staff Run down, bad area, shabby rooms, poor quality, loud hallways, thin walls, shady characters lurking but nice staff. I thought this was for long term business clientele but it doesn’t have the amenities for business people. I wouldn’t come back here or to any other extended stay since if I did have to stay for one more night it would be torturous. I was expecting so much more based on other reviews

Bad service and facilities There was a cockroach infestation in the room, and no hot water. When informing the front desk of the issues, they insisted that the guest was wrong and that there was plenty of hot water. They offered no assistance, no room change, no apologies, and no accommodation so we chose not to stay for the second night of the reservation and wanted to express our disgust with the facilities and customer service.

Hotel is not really clean When I got in the bathroom there were 2 wet towels still hanging on the hooks. There's no ice for guest.

Bed bugs! I would never ever stay here. We came home with bed bug bites on us. The place was dirty and disgusting. No amount of money would ever make me stay at this place again!

Room 252 The staff was helpful, and they stay was okay. I didn't have much of a problem until I seen dirty stains on the sheets, I asked for kitchenette utilities and they were dirty when I received them and I needed up buying my own, and lastly when me and my boyfriend asked for wash cloths one night, they brought us dish rags and after I said we asked for wash cloths the receptionist said that's what I gave you. So have other people washed their tails with the dish rags in my room???
