What a dump!!! This place was a dump. It's dirty, it smells bad and our sheets were not clean when we checked in - had human hair all over them! I would have left if it had not been for a family member in another room with her pets. And they failed to inform the family member of a very excessive pet fee - $25 per night per pet! The condition of this place does not merit such a fee. There are stains on everything everywhere and the toilets stopped working after one night. I would never stay here again.

Nightmare It's an old hotel, nice kept, but it's housekeeping is almost non existent. The bathroom wall was slippery due to old soap accumulation. The room size is nice, it does have a kitchen but if you need utensils you have to ask at the front desk. They only give you 2 plates, two forks, two cups so if your party is larger than 2 make sure you take plastic cups and plates with you. Service of cleaning rooms & bugs problems. After checking in we was told the rooms / linen are not change on a daily basics. Also you have to request clean towel at the desk and return the dirty ones before you received and more. The rooms need to be update for crawling bugs, ECT.

When I arrive to the hotel they told me that I don't have a reservation made, I give them the reservation # I made through Hotel.com and they said to me that it happens very often when somebody book through hotel.com

wouldn't stay again This place is terrible. The ac wasn't working in our room, they have roaches, the linen wasn't clean, the pool was dirty

Expedia Gone wrong Expedia did not inform me before making my reservation that housekeeping was not included for 5 nights or less. Reported room did not include any cups plates or a working microwave normally found at Extended Stay. Each day had to bring dirty towels to front desk to get new towels. As a frequent traveler that uses Expedia this was our worst experience.
