Bathroom floor was crumbling, found two bugs in the room, hotel breakfast didn't have oatmeal the second day and was just partially frozen muffins. No bathroom fan.

Absolutely horrible! Driving up cars were blocking the driveway, people were smoking weed at the front entrance of the lobby. We were told upon checking in that rooms were being rented out and not cleaned. The service clerk at the front desk walked us to our prepaid room to ensure it was clean, we turned the lights on and there were two roaches crawling on the wall. The room was in deplorable condition. Stained and broken couches, rusted fridge, not even a fork or glass in the kitchen. We were tired and decided that all we needed was a clean bed and bathroom. Late that night, I found a live cockroach in the bathroom but it was 1am and I decided to disregard it as an anomaly and a FL reality. Péssimo. Já havia ido há mais de 15 anos e era ok. Justo custo x benefício. Acho que não fizeram nenhuma manutenção e limpeza extremamente ruim. Sujo (imundo), cheirando mal, móveis quebrados e baratas! Fiquei apenas uma noite e fui embora. Pelo menos estão conscientes e aceitaram o cancelamento e reembolso. É uma pena, pq estruturalmente tem potencial e a localização é muito muito boa!

Worst check in the hotel, cops coming into hotel in night for drunk women. No coffee or cups, bathroom had spots. No breakfast as reception said no truck came with food. So no breakfast Will not stay at this chain.

Room was not clean. No mattress for the pull out couch. Asked front desk for mattress, blankets, and sheets. They said they would bring them and never brought them up. Did not stay for breakfast. The sheriff was walking off the elevator onto our floor at 6am as we were leaving for the airport. We decided to get our kids out of the hotel.
