The lobby staff was very rude and did not attend to our needs, they wanted to charge us too much money, the garbage cans in the hallways and surrounding areas were overflowing with garbage and had a bad smell because they did not change the bags, the room was not equipped like the staff. He indicated, the mats were dirty and stained like blood, and the room had a musty smell. Honestly, my family and I had to cancel our stay once we saw all that. Horrible! The front desk lady’s are rude and don’t care about you, they lied and said they are completely full when on there website and every other website it’s not and you can see it’s not the lady just didn’t want to help me out. Horrible I would never recommend this place to anyone. I’d say go to the extended stay next door to this one. They care more about there customers then this one does.

Horrible servicio al cliente. Nunca tienen las cosas disponibles. Cada vez que fui a buscar toallas no tenían disponibles. Todo el tiempo tenía un horrible olor a cigarrillos. Los cuartos huelen a humedad y sucio. El colchón del sofá cama estaba terriblemente sucio y sin ropa de cama. Tuve que pedir sábanas para el mismo. En fin una esxperiencia horrible.
