I checked into this hotel and left within 10 minutes. The room smelled awful, and there was no security—people were openly smoking in the elevator. The worst part was seeing a rat! I left as quickly as possible and ended up stranded in Orlando until I found another hotel. This was the worst experience I've ever had. Avoid this place at all costs.

Full of mold, mildew, dirt and rot and falling apart - felt very unsafe. It was shocking.

We were little late to check in due to the fact that the flight was delayed. My reservation was canceled. The person who was at the desk gave us hard time to re-open the reservation. I spoke to Hotel.com customer service and they contacted the hotel management. The hotel management agreed not to charge any fine for not showing up. But unfortunately, I was charged a fine of $95.17, they lied to us. There was cockroaches all over the room. 1 of the bed had a broken stand and thus the bed was tilted. The floor was filthy. The kitchen was not stocked and nothing was avaliable when requested. The lights didn't work and were not fixed. On the words of another guest, its the first time I have ever had to beg for things that should have been in the room to start with.

Terrified We did not stay AT ALL it was a terrifying place. Did not feel comfortable at all so we didn't even check in. Cancelled right at the front desk.

Stay away from this place. The smell is horrible. The beds are lumpy and uncomfortable. It’s scary. The couch was hard and sticky. My son and I slept in the car. Only way this can be an extended stay is if you’re down and out and have no other options except homelessness.

De-Badge from ESA now One word, terrible! This specific Extended Stay America is overdue for a complete overhaul. I personally recommend de-badging from the ESA network until it does, (Mostly regarding dilapidating facility issues)
