Room dirty, all sorrounfings dirty and trads cans outaide the room full of trash bags. Smelled like dogs. The sofa matress cover in stains and old. The furnitures old and cover in scratches. Bathroom tub had purple stains.

Very nice and spacious but the bathroom was terribly moldy and I had a baby with us so I had to get scrubbing because it was too late to move accommodations

Upon checking in for a late check in after calling, I was cancelled. Front desk receptionist was not understanding of the situation. Room that was given to me last minute was disgustingly dirty and unsanitary. Rug was lifting up and the smell was terrible. I can’t revive a facility like this is still in operation for the public.

Upon arrival, the hotel had a bad smell. On the way to our room we saw trash piled up to the ceiling all along the the hallways. Our room had a terrible smell, broken furniture and mold and cockroaches in the bathroom. Nedless to say me and my family did NOT feel safe or confortable in this hotel and left inmediately.

Could not stayed in this hotel, I got there after driving 8 hours and I did not have a room because they over booked me and I had already paid for it. Terrible staff very unhelpful and not friendly not willing to help out. Worst experience ever will never book with this hotel ever.😡 It was hard to get reimbursed too.

Horrible smell in the hallways. We got to the room and it reeked of cigarette smoke. I immediately got sick and got a refund and left.
