Great Place It was a fast check in and everything we needed was available at the front desk. The hotel was very clean and everyone wore their masks as required. It's close to Universal Orlando, restaurants at walking distance and stores. I would recommend staying here.

NightMare Check In When I arrived at the hotel first thing i encountered was 3 characters at the entrance of the hotel and when i got in to the lobby i noticed a particular smell (weed) amd i ask the fro t desk lady if they allow smoking in the property and she replied ABSOLUTELY NO and i told her but smell to weed in here an she said "thats what im trying to figure out " then she said that the manager got me as a not showed up and cancel my reservation it was 2:00 a.m and I was tired of diving for 12 hours so that wasnt a p... read more

Need improvement!! The front desk staff where very nice. But the place had a feeling like i was in some low class hood. I couldn't sleep well do to children running around on the floor above me, i found a centipede crawling on my bed. Nothing like other Extended stay of America I've been before.

Ok Hotel was a little run down..... hallways were very hot and had an odor to the them. Rooms were huge which was a plus. They didn’t have any kitchen supplies and we had to ask for bedding for the sleeper sofa. When we called they had to check and see if they even had any
