The property was just minutes away from Universal Studios. There were dining facilities nearby. Staff was friendly. There was an elevator to upper floors.

This is my go to hotel never been let down always clean always friendly and a lot of things are nearby to eat and to do walking distance

Overall OK stay. Clean and with in walking distance of Universal Theme Parks. Fold out sofa comfort was terrible! No longer have in room conveniences one is used to with extended stay brand. No in room coffee, kitchen ware due to COVID. We were able to obtain upon request.

The room had everything in it that you could ask. Very close to Universal Studios. Was missing one of the curtains and had a parking light shine through kept us up at night. The staff was not happy that we called about it and they came in the next day to look at it and did nothing about it.
