Very Old property. Had few bugs and carpet stinky. Suite size was ok but sofa bed is painful. Breakfast is only muffins and coffee/Granola bars. Literally opposite Universal Studios which is the only thing we liked about this stay. Price was ok

Five star John and Travis helped us check in and accommodated us even after running into room issues. The attention from John was absolutely amazing and attentive. He went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

One night was perfect for us! Room was mostly clean but the bathroom still had powdered cleaner in the sink and not toilet not wiped down all the way. Missed a coffee pot in the room downstairs having coffee was a bonus. There really should be paper towels in the kitchen at the very least! Bed was perfect, service at front desk was awesome!

The only positive about this place is that it was very close to universal studios. Our room smelled musty and needs to be updated. It’s ok if you’re in that area for one or two nights.

The property was just minutes away from Universal Studios. There were dining facilities nearby. Staff was friendly. There was an elevator to upper floors.
